Didn't feel like taking a trip to the training center today, so I want for a walk/run and I gotta tell'ya, my shape sucks! I don't know how far I ran, but it didn't feel like all that far. but to be fair I was runing in the local marsh area and the air was so humid I'd wouldn't have been surprised to see fish at shoulder height. ^^;
