Should I keep reading? That is the question.
I've been reading this "LitPPG" WIP for several months now, and I keep waffling over continuing. It's well written and the gamer tropes are fun. However, this is one of those cases where I can't identify with any of the characters, and while I do have my own issues, in this case, I think maybe the author is Aspie. To read or not to read a WIP
I follow a few dozen WIPs on AO3, some of which haven't been updated in a couple of years (I hope for more, probably vainly). I just unsubscribed to a couple of stories (series), and it made me ponder what was the issue that drove that impulse. And it usually is a quickly made decision. This is Check Please! fic, but if you've never read the web comic, you can enjoy it as original M/M. I love the fact that these are adults living their dreams, but love and friendship add to that. The romance is pleasingly non-angsty and very much a friends-to-lovers scenario. 'Swawesome!

I dig this vid so much; it makes me cackle every time I watch it. It's as much of a fun parody as the film. Hot Fuzz (2007) is one of my favorite movies, a fun buddy cop action comedy that stands up 12 years later because of its satiric bite and the rapport the actors have. Transformers: Prime Rec: The Parent Trap by astolat (Teen and Up)
Day 28 of 31 FlavorsI love this story because it made me understand that Megatron/Optimus Prime was a pairing that should happen, in some universe out there. Her Megatron is in character but more than a cartoonish evil mastermind. The Cybertronian history, culture, and psychology is so believable in this.
