Day 26 of 31 Flavors:
Spoiler alert: Contains major spoilers for the films Buried on Sunday and Masterminds.
I thought surely I had rec'd this before, but apparently I didn't add the post to LJ memories or tag it if I rec'd it, so I feel like this post is OK to make.
So, this story. I love to re-read it every now and then, and it always satisfies each time as romance and erotic fiction. One can't say that about many stories. If you aren't familiar with these movies, which feature Paul Gross (Buried on Sunday) and Callum Keith Rennie (Masterminds), give this story a try as original fiction, and I think you'll enjoy it without experiencing the canon media. Kellie revealed the characters' motivations, and she did a wonderful job of building a relationship between them over the course of their road trip. (Yes, I have a road trip kink--something about two people in a shared bubble looking out, insulated from and united against the world, seems to make a connection that much sharper.)
