I'm not that good at drawing but I enjoy it. I thought I'd post a few anyway for anyone to see. They are scetches of an angel and a demon I did in 2006.

Oh wow those are really, really good! :D

Is Rin the demon? He has a very draconic tail *g* The wings are fine, the demon wings in particular show some good folding detail which makes them seem very lifelike. I really like the head and facial detail, Arlain is beautiful, and you've managed to capture their entwined posture, and the kiss, really well, without getting the limbs all distorted or anything (which I can imagine is hard to do). There is a lot of fluidity and grace in the drawings, I love Arlain's flowing cloak/skirt.

I have a couple of friends who are artists and they do a lot of furry art, so they're always drawing wings and hoofs and things like that, anyway you seem to be in their league, so stick at it!

Wow, thank you. I honestly don't think they are THAT good but I really appreciate the complements though :D

Yeah Rin is the demon. I was trying to show how much bigger he is than Arlain but I don't think it shows as well as I'd hoped. I'm quite proud of how close together I managed to get them, especially in 'The kiss'.
I find it quite hard getting one character to interact with another in drawings so I'm pleased I managed to with these two sketches :)

I'm somewhat of an artist myself, know that I just said this to give my words some weight.

These are very good drawings, in respect to proportion and expression. I think you have a talent which you should continue! =^.^=

Wow, thank you very much :D
It's always nice if another artist finds your work good, so I really appreciate you taking the time to comment.

It's a little down heartening when a drawing doesn't turn out right but I don't think that will ever stop me from doing it :)

Don't get down about that.
It happens to the best of us. Getting a drawing right is a long process of trial and error until you know your proportions so well it flows.

As long as you can have fun while scribbling - then you are a true artist. =^.^=

Yeah, I know, I get a little impatient though, lol. I have to be in the right mood for the drawings to flow, but I do really enjoy it and when I manage a good drawing, it gives my confidence a real boost.

Do you post your drawings anywhere, I'd love to see some if you do :)
