My first Doctor Who drawing, and I really can't believe I managed to create this! :O I drew everything on the picture, the Doctor, the Sonic Screwdriver, the logo, his glasses and the 3D glasses :) 
I must be getting better at this as it only took me 2 days to complete the Doctor, and half a day for the Screwdriver, Logo and both pairs of glasses :)

Also? I'd leave the black background - adding more behind what you have may make it a bit too busy, and the black makes everything stand out. Just imho
