Allergies and such

My Port Huron reenactment trip was cut short due to allergies driving me crazy (basically hay fever trying to turn into a sinus infection and bronchitis, again). Luckily my insurance has been reinstated and I have an appointment to get tested and see an allergist next week.

Ooh, yes; Rev War tents are small, aren't they? Used to do Pennsic as a guest in someone's group encampment and one of the gentlemen who also camped with them had a tent like the one near which Chris is standing. I marveled that he managed to get all his medieval stuff in there, and him, too!
But even at a medieval event, that tent looked right.

They are pretty much the same from Medieval through to the beginning of the 21st century.
Tiny as heck. Still taller than my in-laws pop up we borrowed once. Putting on a corset in a tent you cannot stand up in is not something I would recommend.
