I am SFPA's Veep (eep!)

Just kidding about the "eep" (I think), but I'm, er, happy to announce that I have accepted SFPA President Deborah P. Kolodji's offer to become vice president of The Science Fiction Poetry Association. Congrats and commiserations! Most of all, good luck.

I do think you should argue to be called President in Charge of Vice, rather than Vice President... but then, I've always been rather fond of vice ;)

Thanks, Marcie. We're going to have to stop reading each other's minds. I almost said, "I'm the president of vice." I even mentioned it to my husband, but then I fixated on the Veep/eep thing. :-)

Being an officer always eats time. (I was treasurer for the OWFI (a writer's org with about 750 members) and it sucked away all my energy!)
