I was wondering when someone would notice that I'm going in reverse of industry trends by dropping e-zine Raven Electrick after nine years, but continuing print anthology publishing with Raven Electrick Ink. Yeah, you're going against the trend. As an author, however, I'm actually happy to see it because there's nothing quite like holding a printed book with one of your stories in it, and there are already plenty of webzines out there...

Thanks, Gustavo. As an author, I actually liked e-zines better, because it's a lot easier to get people to click a link to read one of my stories or poems than it is to get them to buy a magazine or anthology with one of my works in it. But, as an editor, I find much more joy in putting together an anthology, which feels like a complete work at the end.
