Well, I can truthfully say I've been to New York. Though to be honest, I don't think that getting the airtram from one terminal to another really counts. But it is more than the two steps I took on the footpath outside of the Los Angeles airport. The cloud was so low that I couldn't really get any photos until we were at ground level. I've been to Washington DC twice and loved it. So much great stuff to do for free!

It is amazing isn't it? Went to the Native American museum today, which was awesome. Also dropped in to the Botanical Gardens and Natural History Museum. Had an hour or so to spare yesterday so spent it in the National Portrait Museum, which is just across the road. Looking forward to spending some time at the Space Museum next week, when Bridget is attending her conference (she has spent some time there before when she was in Washington about 10 years ago).

I couldn't believe it when I found out that it is free to visit the zoo as well.

Did you see the cathedral when you were here? Even though I'm not religious, I loved it. The stained glass is just beautiful. I'm going to try and get back to spend some time there.
