Up to seven gallons, it seems...

I donated blood again last Monday, and just now checked the blood center's records online. I've passed the seven-gallon mark.

On to eight, and, eventually ten gallons!

As I've said before, I like doing this partly because I have a slightly-oddball blood type, and they can always use more of those. Not that common-or-garden types are turned away, mind you...

My wife is 0 neg; they call her promptly. :-) But, yes, they take me. (But they never call me. :-{ ) When we can get our hemacrits up enough, they take us. :-/ We now live down the hill from the local ARC center, and they have signs all over, but I think the center is more strict about hemoglobin levels than the bloodmobiles are.

It is very good of you to be so conscientious. (yes, I try to be, but I'm retired now. When I was working, I gave when there was a bloodmobile near by - if the schedule worked.)
