I think you share something in common with me character-taste wise... we both seem to like deep characters. Characters with a duel aspect. It's something very strongly seen in Vash, Lord Dio, Nightcrawlwer, Death (to an extent) Chrichton, G'Kar (actually I agree with you on the Londo thing entirely, the interaction between those two was one of the best things in a wonderful, wonderful show! It's a shame Katsulas has passed away, he'll be missed) and Hatsuharu of course. All very deep, complex characters who have so much more beneath the surface...
Not sure who your favorite FMA character is though... Hues perhaps?
I'm off to do this meme myself now...
