I am the proud mama of a large ceramic bowl that actually rings like a bell when you tap it with your fingers. Since it's been almost a year now since I started taking pottery classes, I suppose it's about damned time. :)

Yay! And nah, things take the time they take. You'd think that after a year+ of bellydance classes, I'd have a decent omni, but no. Things just take time. :)

I am actually quite pleased that I'm able to do the work this well after "only" a year...especially since I've been slacking big time lately in favor of the gardens. And we won't talk about my dancing abilities. Suffice it to say that I need to take more classes. :)
