WHAT ??????!!!!! What is this?An entirely other universe?I mean of course it is but come on!!!Just tell in what kind of universe hasn't Cara got "many experience with...this"?????
Anyway great chapter and Cara ever the gentlewoman starting with the soft kisses and then after she saw the scars....aghh how can anyone not love her ???
And I agree with the comment above.So well written that we all felt it too "what she is doing to you Kahlan" :)

well... I guess while I was writing this, I was thinking that Cara might not have any experience with ~women. she's been dating Leo and all caught up in her job... so at least it's been a while :P
I don't know why, but that is the way it was in my head.

Yeah, I think she has an idea Kahlan. Probably the same thing you are doing to her. ;)

Kahlan's back being scarred was a surprise. That will be interesting to find out about. :) And Cara scores with how she handles the discovery!

I actually had this scene planned long before like the fifth chapter or so, and I wanted to explain why Kahlan was always so afraid of being touched, and I sort of did drop a couple of hints into the story, and now I'm just hoping that it all makes more or less sense :P
there will be more! although we are slowly moving toward the end of this admittedly long tale.

Well that was certainly interesting. I would never have pegged Cara being inexperienced at "those kind of things"! I'm also intrigued about the scars. That was an interesting twist. As always fantastic writting. Waiting for more.

and yeah in my head Cara sort of was inexperienced with ~women. with her dating Leo and being caught up in her job. well that's how my brain works :P
with the scars I actually wanted to explain while Kahlan was always so afraid of being touched, and there will be a bit more background story about them.
