You can listen to samples of music from the Half-Blood Prince Soundtrack in this video. Strangely, Hedwig's Theme seems to have become "Ginny's Theme."

It seems Ginny wasn't important enough to get her own theme music, then. Had to borrow some from the owl. ;) LOL Poor girl.

I know - I'm still shaking my head over that one. Why doesn't Ginny get her own theme? :huh?:

Wow, lots of info, there! Hmmm, why 'Ginny's Theme' now? Is it because she's replaced Hedwig in Harry's affections? Or because ---(claps hand over spoiler)

Did you see there was a big promo tonight on HBP, I think it was during some television show that also deals with magic but I can't recall the name. I heard it advertised earlier in the day and then forgot about it. I came here thinking you might have caught it. If I find a link for it, I will come back and post it.

There are a few things that sounded really interesting to me. One I liked the info on dressing Draco to look the part, he was on his way out of Hogwarts. I bet there are many layers to how they show character progression, I really hadn't considered wardrobe so much though. I will admit, too, they have my curiosity aroused about the Ron Lavender snogging scenes. Rupert Grint is pretty humorous so I imagine there will be more than a few giggles during that whole episode.

Oh well, the show was Merlin and it aired at 8PM. Can you tell I don't watch much television as I couldn't think of the name Merlin? I haven't found the preview, not sure it is online anyway, but will keep looking.

Thanks for telling me about that video - I'll try to track it down. There are actually a few other videos out there. This first one is the complete scene of Tom Riddle at the Orphanage:

Edit: Whoops, I couldn't embed that version. But here's another
- the video comes after the picture slideshow. Embedding is disabled for this one but here's the link:

Tom Riddle Scene

Next there is this promo, but the video is terrible. It was posted on Snitchseeker

McGonagall: Why is it always you three? Hm? When something happens?
Ron: Believe me, Professor, I’ve been asking myself the same question for six years.

I love that line from Ron. Looking around, there are a few different videos around. WB appears to be going whole hog in promoting this one. I read that they have sold fewer and fewer DVD's after each release so they are hoping to get larger turnouts in the theatre to keep up profits. I think they believe there will be even fewer DVD's sold after this because of the economy. Movies do tend to do better when there is a bad economy so I guess their strategy of focusing on theatre attendance makes sense.
