I ordered my copy of A Shunned Man a few days ago so it should be here pretty soon. I loved your review, made the book sound all the more intriguing. I am also anxiously awaiting my arrival of that Mugglenet Book, June 1 is right around the corner.

I saw Steve's request on Facebook but sadly I am not in that area. I wonder what he's filming, did you hear anything?

I hope you like A Shunned Man - as I say, it's for adults but it's also a mystery and not just a romance. As she put it to me - it's "nerd love." Her book is hard to describe, but I enjoyed reading it, and her sense of humor still comes through.

lemon_ashwinder saw Steve speak in Minneapolis a few weeks ago. She's excited about her book, but first her computer went down on her and she's also taking care of her mother who is gravely ill. Isn't that life? You accomplish something great, and then before you can enjoy it, everything hits the fan.

I don't know what Steve is doing with this video - sounds like fun, but I'm nowhere near Michigan. However, I know we have some readers here who are up in the Mitten, so please email Steve at that address if you can be there!

Nicc on HPN said he celebrated his birthday by doing yard work and working with power tools, and I told him to be very very careful. (Yes, I mentioned your accident...)

I am doing pretty well, my leg throbs on and off during the day. Every day gets a bit better though. I hope Nicc stays away from the weed whacker too.

I am sorry that lemon_ashwinder is making out ok taking care of her mother. Bless the caregivers, it is not an easy road. I am excited to read her book, such an amazing accomplishment.

Just a little, but things got better when I realized this is the last week for Middle School. :) My son's exams were done with today (well, yesterday now). I should be asleep right now - I've got that trip tomorrow to take my daughter to visit the Law School in South Carolina. So hold down the fort without me, LOL.

She will be so happy to know that! :) I don't know if you've read some of her other stories (she's "Sly Lady" on HPN), but she is a good writer. And she's really talented at writing for a certain character, haha.

I just saw your messages on Facebook!!! I'm thrilled because I had no idea it was coming out before June 1st. I don't have a copy yet except for a stack of WORD files and a PDF proof. I've never seen the copyright page before. I ordered some copies the other day but they haven't arrived yet.

No problem on taking the pics, I put them up for you. I will have to try and take a clearer one of the copyright page when my daughter gets back with the better camera. She just went shopping so hopefully later tonight. Can you believe this? You must be dancing on air.
