Watched half the interview last night, will watch the other half today. What a witty, funny, intelligent man! I completely enjoyed it.

For the benefit of any other trolls lurking in the shadows, panting and salivating, most of us appreciated Mr. Rickman as an actor long before JKR even thought of Harry Potter (can you say "Diehard", for the US fans? and The Barchester Chronicles for the UK folks?), and appreciated The Professor long before movies were considered.

They are quite separate fan communities, I assure you. Of course this won't make one whit of difference, since you have your own little agendae to press.

Honestly, most of the Snape fans who love Alan Rickman had no idea he was in Diehard until he played Snape. They all act like hipsters now. "I loved him before he was Snape."

Years ago I did a video mash up with "Loosen up my Buttons" by the Pussycat dolls dubbed over that music video by (Texas? can't recall the name) with Alan RIckman. Youtube took it down for copyright issues but ... this reminded me of it. lol. It was quite popular.

The Alan Rickman interview -- what a class person. Wonderful sense of humor and total lack of egotism. Amazing.

The "On Demand" video -- I've always wondered why the gasoline pumps didn't just explode from the heat. OMG! That is one of my all time favorite videos, but hasn't that girl ever heard of duct tape. There would be no way that guy would get out of MY car. Silly girl.
