The New Hobbit Trailer. I'm really excited ~ I love the idea of revisiting Middle Earth, and I'm so glad Peter Jackson is coming through for the fans. Sadly, according to IMDB the movie isn't slated for release until December 14th of 2012.

I know! My youngest and I watched it got really excited yesterday!!! It just has the same rich look as the LotRs movies, so I'm glad the quality is just as high. Thank God for Peter Jackson. :)

NO GALADRIEL/GANDALF ROMANCE!!! That will just make me get up and leave... it's just too far out of canon.

But otherwise it does look lovely and just a feast for the eyes.

I seriously hope that Jackson filters out the somewhat childish an infantile level "the Hobbit"has compaired to LOTR.
the Hobbit is a nice story, but reading it after LOTR is is a step back, hope the movie won't be the same.
