Mugglecast Interview with David Heyman ~ Lots of Snapey Goodness

One of my least favorite activities for writing this blog is transcribing interviews which is so tedious. And I am not a podcast listener just because I usually don't have enough time in a day.

And today has been crazy because my stove element caught on fire last night when my daughter was heating some pizza rolls, and that filled my house with ( Read more... )

Heyman: I can give you a couple of good scenes. We had alot of fun filming the Seven Harrys scene where they drink the polyjuice potion and all become Harry. Dan having to perform like all the others was funny - very challenging for him but really great.

That is going to be neat to see.

MN: This is good - all right gentlemen, since Micah you presented first, what is your argument in favor of Bellatrix beating Snape in a duel?
Michah: Wow . . . uh . . . I don't know . . .
Heyman: Do you want to accept defeat now?
Micah: Yeah, exactly.

LOL!

Thanks for that, I so prefer transcripts for anything longer!

The Bella vs. Snape duel piece was quite funny. Heyman seems to know his HP.

I was so happy that he viewed Snape with so much respect. And hopefully that means (fingers crossed) that he thinks they did Snape justice in the final movie.

I would love to know what their original ending was going to be? I'm still hoping that they show Snape in a painting, but it would also be nice to see Fawkes coming back to Hogwarts also - neither of those things were in the books.

I know - as I was listening I kept thinking "what about the potions lab? Don't you want something from there!" LOL Because I would go in and grab those potion books, some cauldrons, some ingredient jars, and one of those windows with the Old English writing above them from the dungeons!

Thanks for taking the time to do this, SIP!

I've liked Heyman ever since I found out he really did want Alan Rickman for Snape from the first.

I apologize for being oot.

Please help me. I am happily married with two healthy boys. I am head over heels, desperately, severely, irrevocably in love with Severus Snape.

What should I do to ease the pain?

Just enjoy being a fan like the rest of us.

I'm happily married, too, LOL. I think you'll be okay.

And look at it this way - you are in good company with David Heyman, the Producer of the Harry Potter films. ;)

Thanks for the advices, especially the second one :)

One of some ways is by thinking that he must have had flaws or...has he? *sigh*
