Haha, the "jamming" blob robot was hilarious. And more than a little bit creepy but still in a funny way. It reminds me of those very bad horror movies from... a few decades ago.

And *eeeeek* - another trailer for THAT. *runs away* Despite my reservations, I think I'll try to watch New Moon, if only to see how Dakota Fanning's acting has progressed now that she's grown up a bit. She was great as a child actress, and I hope she stays that way and doesn't fade into obscurity the way many child stars do as they get older.

Yes, I wonder how New Moon will do at the box office this year? I'm sure my daughter will go see it, since she likes Jacob in the novels better than Edward, so I'll get her to write us a review.

That's interesting that Robert thinks Edward hates himself! I never thought of it that way, but I can see how that would help Pattinson act the part of an unlikable guy who has an obsession for this defenseless girl.

I agree with everything you wrote about Edward. I find him extremely irritating, and I've only read the first book and part of the second.
