Question...

Okay, I have 6 ratties that I love and adore. I would not give them up for the world!

However, there's a chance that for the next 3 months or so we will be living in an RV. Not travelling, just an RV on some land to save up money to buy a house. I'm excited by this prospect, but worry about my ratties.

It's a small RV, and there would be two people in it. I really don't see how 6 ratties could live in there, too (since their cage would take up about 1/5 of the RV! Haha!). I don't want to make them all live in a smaller cage, so I had a thought. I live in San Diego. The weather here is pretty mild, and when this is all happening it'll be late spring/early summer. The temp is about 68-73 average at day and 55-65 at night for those three months. Would it be okay for them to live in a large platform tent? Not a camping tent, but a nice 12-person platform tent.

The whole deal (the RV and the tent) would be fenced in.
