Lovely!! I absolutely loved this.
One of my favorite parts:

Sam flinches. “No, I guess not,” he says quietly before pulling open the car door and slipping into the passenger seat, and not for the first time Dean wishes he could just find Lucifer and beat the living shit out of him for poisoning everything good he and Sam ever had. Fucker.

And the ending is so sweet, that Dean is willing to go to China for his brother.
What a beautiful combination of sick!Sam and big brother!Dean, with the suspense of whats going to happen to Sam and Dean's witty remarks at the end that let us know our boys are both safe and sound :)
