Aaaand we're done! Thank you for bearing with me all this time, folks! There is a sequel planned, for those of you who were wondering. It just won't happen right away. :)
Damn, with a set-up like that, you've got me on tenterhooks for the sequel!
I'm glad you didn't kill Jess (because I love her so damn much and she is every flavour of awesome), but this was intense! Way for the main plot to - literally - burst into life like that!
Awesome, I'm so pleased you liked the story! I was planning to keep Jess alive pretty much from the start, although it's very gratifying to hear that people weren't sure that I would do it.
Now I just have to get through all these Big Bangs, and start working on the sequel. Oh, and work on Fusion and the handful of challenges I signed up for... Me? Bite off more than I can chew? Never! ;)
Mwah!!! What an ending! And it's over, and it was lovely and you wrote it fantastic. The whole chapter was so exciting, I could hardly sit still in my seat. Thanks for a wonderful story =)
So it was safe to get attached to Jess after all! Hooray! I din't expect any of that so i'm both delighted to be surprised and desperate for the sequel to start. Great writing!
THANK YOU FOR TELLING US THERE IS A SEQUEL!!!! Otherwise, I would be very unhappy right now! That was quite the cliffhanger!
Lauren had all my alarm bells ringing. I'm wondering if she really is a demon, or if it was just coincidence.
Either way, it's a great story, and I hope you get to the sequel very soon, because I need to know what happens to Sam! Thank you for not killing Jess- I like her and I think things will be interesting with her sticking around.
I figured people would be really mad at me if I left it there and didn't mention there would be a sequel. ;)
Lauren is a bit of an enigma, isn't she? Is she a demon? Is Brady using her? Is she just coincidentally a selfish bitch? We may never know.
I really like Jess too, and had no real intention of killing her off from the moment I started the story. It was one possibility, but I liked the idea of keeping her alive more.
