I'm happy it made you laugh. The boots weren't really meant as socks though, I mean, especially with McDaniel's art Nightwing's boots had this strange look over his calves, you know? They were supposed to look like hat. But I guess for Gonzo socks work as well... ;)

It's just so *right* -- yet somehow I was picturing him in the first Nightwing uniform. However, considering the fact that looking at this over my shoulder nearly made Jack fall down... possibly this was for the best!

Yeah, the first uniform was flashier, which works well for Muppets. But that didn't even occur to me, because when I think of Nightwing I always picture this one.

Heh. The Muppets and DC superheroes just naturally mesh well. Even TPTB think so, and at least I didn't cast Kermit as Batman...
