There's probably some points in there for the hobbit/dwarf interspecies-ness too, but most of my fics have that. For that matter, I should really get around to typing up Part 5 one of these days.

And now the elves aren't the only tree-shaggers... the dwarves will have to come up with a new insult. Though seeing if Kili and Bilbo blush like mad when the phrase comes up would be priceless, though they wouldn't dare explain *how* those words bring up long-hidden memories/fantasies :) Beautifully done!

You know, I hadn't ever thought about that before, but you're totally right. I wonder if I can manage to work that into this series later on - though the elves in this AU are actually pretty vanilla overall.

And this is probably the kinkiest thing I've ever written, at least so far, so I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Well, I dare say that the dwarves don't particularly care if their slurs against elves are accurate or not, and 'tree-shaggers' is something I've seen used repeatedly across the fandom. It was then, of course, the first thing that popped into my head when reading your fic :)

And kudos for stretching your boundaries in such a lovely fashion- we all win this way haha.
