I agree that Face has issues, hiding under his con man charm. I also think Hannibal can see all that, but can't see how much he means to his men.
This was very nice, the angst sandwiched around the smut! I find myself wondering if I've got a leather fetish, or just a Hannibal thing going on ;p

Oh, I know I've got a bit of an obsession with leather, if not a fetish. I just love the smell and the feel of quality leather.

This is really great, and I love your take on Face. I've always thought that that boy had deep personal issues and I think you brought them to light really well. Great job all around.

I don't remember much of the TV show (my older siblings watched it -- I was just in the room and all I really remember is the van, the theme song, and Mr. T), but from movie Face, I got the vibe that his inability to commit was due to emotional insecurity and that he always felt he had something to prove. It's part of what I like about his character.
