That's actually happened to me. Not the disclaimer, and I'm pretty sure no one's writing a book....... but my stuff got swiped. It was some kind of business site. They took two lines, completely out of context, and used them to start off a topic thread called "Hope is not a catalyst for change". (I'm thinking these guys were not Obama supporters.) So that's why I'm friends-only...

Though it was one hell of an obnoxious pain in the ass to go back through my entries to make them all FO. Hopefully no one has to do that anymore... but I doubt it.
