No crime is black and white and it sounds like this boils down to do you treat a man who stole a piece of bread to feed his starving family the same as a man who stole a piece of bread for kicks?

Anyway, I think they should prosecute Bush for everything they can think of and something should stick, although they might get him off on mental incompetence.

The crime being black and white was actually a good point that the old man who's going to talk slow and like a steam roller not stop for anything including breath, made.

Not every crime should be prosecuted, agreed. My second thought to this is, "but a prosecutor should investigate and decide that." Without investigation how do you know a crime isn't worth prosecuting?

Pros of prosecuting:
Set an example that our leaders are not above the law
Restore faith in america (somewhat) and an example to hold other countries to.

Cons of prosecuting:
Divide America because no matter what people will believe bush was right even if satan appeared beside him.
Demolish any political clout that Obama has to get work done and thus leave him powerless when democrats are wiped out of office.

Well, sometimes we have to sacrifice to show people that they can't get away with it.

Also, Kill all humans.
