How does one babysit their same-ages sister? Did something happen to ehr that makes her unable to care for herself and I missed the memo?

She can't drive so I'll have to drive her to school, pick her up from school, take her to work, etc. She can't be left home alone because she gets scared, won't take care of the dog, etc. Plus she will do stupid shit for attention. It's aggravating. I feel bad for my poor mother.
