Seems we haven't seen the last of snow around here as it's snowing as I type this, so I thought I'd share some of the photos I took when we had our last big snow in January. I love the snow, it's wonderland magic can make everything feel so serene...so in the early morning quiet, while every tree branch was still coated, I took some pictures. The

That was a nice amount of snow....but right now we're getting tons! They're predicting 8-14 inches with snow ending around 4pm..and as you remember it's been snowing since mid evening last night! I do love the snow, it's sooo pretty and makes me feel like I'm in another world for a little bit. It's too bad something soooo pretty can cause so much inconvenience for people getting around to work and their normal everyday routine. I'm gonna try and take a few more snaps later if my camera isn't in danger of getting too much 'snow in it's face' by the time I get out there..LOL :)

Yes, the pics were taken of my front yard and of the view up our street.

Ooooh, you live in a beautiful place! I didn't think it would be so pretty. For some reason, I pictured your street more busy and crowded. I wanna visit! (in the summer). lol

Aww! I would send a pic if I had skates! I skated so much when I was young, yes, but haven't had any since I was a kid. I have asked for them for at least a year, because the kids have skates, but haven't gotten them. And to my knowledge, I haven't ever seen any photos of me in skates when I was a kid. :(

And I wish we could go to a hockey game together....sighhhh...wouldn't it be cool if DB showed up? ♥

Oooh! I would so love that! Almost better than getting our picture taken together with Ben Browder. ;)

These are beautiful.....snow's hard to photograph, and you did a nice job on these. and the sky's a lovely blue! I am totally savoring what may very well be the last snow of this snowy (and by that I mean gorgeous) winter. Thanks for sharing these.

and for the hockey too. He is such a graceful athlete, it's a pleasure to watch him move. It's adorable that Boothe has pictures of DB playing hockey on his office wall.

(kept me from thinking too much about how I wasn't going to be at the Valentine's concert James Marsters was having the next day in New Jersey, only a wee hour and a half from me!)

Thanks so much for your lovely words! The sky was a bright blue indeed...sun and snow made for pretty winter wonderland that day, but it lasted such a short time. :( We had about 10 inches yesterday I think..I guess you had about the same. It has been a gorgeous winter..though the low low temps this morning where extra chilly :)

David is graceful and I loved watching him in this episode. I was so excited when I saw him in that Bobby Clarke jersey in the dream sequence! I love that DB brought his love of hockey into the show.

That would have been sweet, too! and there will be others....:-)

Your snow pictures are wonderful.4 and 5 are my favs. It felt like walking through a winter fairy tale. This is what I love most about snowy scenes : it's so magical !
