I get "Access Denied" on the Kaotic Sanity cut. :(
As for Winston, I always took it as him being just an EXTREMELY honest guy. His secret didn't bother the others, because it really wasn't a big deal, but to Winston, it was. I dunno. lol
How's your writer's block? Did the juice cleanse help it? :D
I agree with emannep, Winston's of that type where this would be a big deal to his personal conscience. That whole scence though cracks me up...You PEEPED!?!
Oh god...*urp* my mom used to live off juices. I can still hear the juicer in my nightmares. But good on you for sticking it out, ESPECIALLY when the friend totally copped out. And promise of ribs and fries from the hubs? you can do it!!
...clearly loves me more than Jesus loves Tim Tebow. LOL THIS had me in tears of laughter...TEARS. In fact I'm surprised I got the ref since I don't watch any football.
And sweetie...it is my ABSOLUTE pleasure to draw for you. Anytime!

I could see that, definitely. And I thought it was interesting how the guy's secrets revealed interesting facets about their personalities. Well, Peter's was just silly, and Ray's was ... nasty. But I thought Egon's was very sad. I remember there was a discussion about this when I first got into fandom and someone mentioned that it was a rather shallow admission. I don't agree. I think that it was something that truly affected him and that he was ashamed of because his parents were such hard-asses. He prides himself on academic perfection and had to tell of a time where he fell short and his parents punished him for it. That had to be traumatizing for him, even as a college student.
LOL THIS had me in tears of laughter...TEARS. In fact I'm surprised I got the ref since I don't watch any football. See, he is pervasive! He's infiltrating the hearts and minds of even non-football fans, AND his team isn't even playing anymore and he's

You know...I never thought of it that way with Egon's confession, but you make an EXCELLENT point. And now, I am the sad. Poor Egon *pat pat SMOOSH*
I do little Snoopy dances of joy whenever I see you've posted something new, and I get all blushy and squeeing when I see anything for me! It's like Christmas!
Well, technically, petty cash is only for proper business expenses with appropriate receipts or other paperwork. Not that one irregular purchase is going to trigger an audit. (I agree with emannep about Winston's extreme honesty.)
Game--OH SHIT. The Superbowl is in two weeks. Need to make plans to get the hell out of the city STATE.
Haha, I remember being creeped out when Dib Devlin went from looking like a guy with too much grease in his hair to your icon.

Ahh, okay, I get it. I doubt he spent a huge amount on the gift, or the discrepancy would've been noticed earlier. I guess I always imagined that the guys use petty cash as sort of a catchall and it gets replenished when it gets replenished. In the first movie, before the bust at the Sedgewick, Ray mentions that the money to buy the Chinese food they were eating came from the last of the petty cash. I guess, though, thinking about it, that could be written off as a business expense.

The one and only individual episode I have any memory of is the one with the Valkyries.
Yeah, dinner can be easily written off as business-related. There are even supposed to be guidelines for figuring out the percent of your home that's used for business if that's where you work.
The idea of 150,000 EXTRA football fans in this city is just overwhelming, and it's going to be a nightmare. (Indy is trying so hard to look like a real city for this.) We're a good 40 miles outside of downtown, but right on the only major highway coming from the northeast. We're probably heading to Johnstown--inlaws > football fans. :P
I'd totally forgotten that this ep was the one that had the Glick brothers in it. Those two became an in-joke in my family, lol. Eat something too tart? Hear/see something amazing? We'd do The Glick Bros Face and say, "Turned me into a Glick Brother for a second there!" Yeah, we're an Odd Family, rofl.
And I feel your pain about hosting the Super Bowl. We did it last year, and boy, it was an absolute fiasco. Embarrassing. Good luck and stay clear of all of it, if you can!
I can ditch meat and other animal products, if I really want to and don't get lazy on getting all my nutrients from other sources, but going on only liquids when I don't have to because I've been ill? Nah, I like solid foods too much.
Like someone else has said, I think it bothered Winston more than it did the others, because of Winston being such an honest, hard-working guy.
I was more curious than anything, I think. I don't get these sort of "fasts" at all, but I know people who swear by them. I just wanted to see what the fuss was about. It was interesting, but I can't really see making this my way of life or anything.

I'm with you! A liquid diet just seems so limiting. Granted, sometimes I get bored by eating the same thing all the time, but I can always switch it up quite easily. You don't really have that same ease with a liquid iet.

Nutritionists and nutrition scientists have started investigating juice cleanses and juice fasts and they say they aren't necessarily all that great. My guess is, you probably get a lot more out of them when you eat really poorly to begin with, but most people who do them on a semi-regular basis are already health nuts, haha.
That said, I do love fresh juices and smoothies, but tend to have them more as a liquid snack or breakfast than a drink to have alongside a meal, because they do pack a lot of calories, even when they use fat-free yogurt or no-sugar-added fruit and juice.
All this talk of health stuff, reminded me that, at one point, I was thinking of whether Egon would still be eating lots of junk food, if they were to do GB now, or if he'd be all organic foods all the way. Studies have shown that we consume so many food preservatives that we apparently conserve better, once dead... so I wonder what his thought would be on that, haha.
