Three, count them - three, by-lines in the Erie Times-News today. You know, as much as I bitch about this journalism thing, having my pieces published three times in one issue rocks.

"Cynical journalism girl" sounds negative when it's used out of context...but it's really a very cool thing.

I read the articles. Excellent work. Did you know it takes 40 hours to build a six hour canoe? Of course you did. You just told me that in your article. You should combine the haunted house story and the boat story into a story about a ghost ship...now that's new you can use. Or you could write about a canoe that is to die for...TO DIE FOR! And, of course, your showcase article in the Showcase section was dynamite. It made me want to go to the show even though I know that's impossible on many levels.
