GLHS: Class of 2006

May 26, 2006 23:06

My brother's last day of high school was today. He graduates next Friday, June 2. In honor of his final days, he and his best friend declared it '70s Week -- for just themselves. Behold months, nay, years of thrifting modeled by a guy who was born decades after his time.

I'm so proud. )

I want to write a movie about the character in the last picture.

He actually looks pretty normal in the first picture...and it's a step down process from there (a step-down process to greatness, that is).

He definitely knows how to go out in style.

I'm going to be in Latrobe tomorrow...mind if I stop out? I'll be there on business and I need someone to show me a good time.

Dobler.

I'm unsure what his intention was in the last photo. I think he wore his Easter ensemble just to look nice and added the fagtastic headband later -- after gym, as it is his gym sweatband.

What made Day One's outfit so great was the tie; it had wheat on it. My favorite is the fourth picture, Thursday's. I like the pose, and I love how those striped pants seem to be in motion.

I need to check my calendar, but I'll probably be able to meet up with you. For a little while, anyway. Happy ending?

Happy Memorial Day, Ms. Schmucker.

You're not online...so I'll call in a bit to reassure you that I made it home alive (if not safely).

Seeing you is all I need to get me through until the next time I see you (conveniently). And lots of IM and phone calls.

Are you updating your official blog today? I'll do it if you do. Whaddaya say? A Memorial Day start date?

Dobler.

I love it. He seems like a cool cat. It must run in the family!

High school-wise we are complete opposites.
--Me: 4.0; member of nerdy clubs; unpopular.
--Him: Very smart, but apathetic towards grades; class president; voted "Best Personality."
