Have you ever experienced a time in your life where you know you're being a loser and a bum, but you've grown so accustomed to it that you're numb? That's how I've been since mid-January ( Read more... )

I'll take you anywhere you want to go. Weather is a nuisance, but not a deciding factor. I've always gotten the chair into the car eventually. And the weather has actually been pretty good for the past week or so. We'll get you out and about.

I love you, Rach.

All will be well after this lull.

Dobler.

I know you'd take me anywhere, and I appreciate that more than you know. I also know everything will work out after these next two months. Sometimes it just gets a little frustrating. You always help me through it, though.

Thank you, Aaron.

i recently have added the weirdest worries to my plate with my life piled high on it. its strange.

If it helps any, i know that by some chance you don't get into NYC, that you are fully capable at doing something other than living at home. so really, atleast its not NYC or home like some other people would have it. you have other options, keep your head up. one option being grad work at Kent while living with April...*nudge*

I am the queen of weird worries. Ask me about my "no cell phone = death" fear.

And as much as I love you, I refuse to move any farther west. That means NO-hio. You may come visit me in a city. We'll get coffee and talk about how our asses don't have sticks up them -- no politics and thinky books for us! That is, if Dobler gives me his permission...

[insert mushy thanks and cyber hugz here]

I very much enjoy my shows, but I should definitely infuse some fun DVD treats. I left my Sex and the City's at home, but I have a bunch of movies from Xmas. Never seen Gilmore Girls, but as we've discussed, I'm keen on the early WB shows, so I might like it. I'm also all about Nintendo -- too bad my boyfriend sent his SNES home. Argh -- I could go for some MarioKart.

I know exactly how you feel. Unfortunately.

I used to read your journal in the fall after you came home from school, and I identified with you so much. We just need to find our purpose.

Edinboro is a really tough place to live when you're not immersed in the college scene. It's a vortex that sucks the pizazz right out of you. I went through that this past summer. I only had one class per day and no shows or meetings. Just tv and internet. It made me really unhappy.

Being away can definitely be worse though. I miss having beautifully sarcastic artsy people like yourself around, and don't even get me started on missing Mason. I saw him pretty much everyday in college. Now I only see him once a month. It's tough. No one gets me like he does.

The only advice I can give for right now is that Unsolved Mysteries is on at noon and 1PM on Lifetime. Those people's lives are worse. They were murdered or conned or abducted by aliens.

The last paragraph of this made me laugh. Plus, I don't have a regularly scheduled show from noon:30-2 p.m. Score.

Congrats on the new job, by the way.
