The restaurant made that plate for us when the waiter saw me opening my presents. It was very sweet of them. I'm happy the picture turned out so well!

-i'm incredibly jealous by the sheer amount of Tiffany boxes you've received in your years of dating. i have yet to own a Tiffany box. someday...

-i have never tried duck and for some reason can't bring myself to do it.

-I figured it would be mentioned in this entry if Gordon made any appearance but i have to ask if he was there

-the pictures of you and Dobler are cute, as always. i'm so excited you two have been dating for three years already.

-since its a rarity anymore i must comment on your makeup and eyebrows. perfect.

1. Aaron thought it was funny because earlier in the dinner I held my Tiffany ring (a gift to myself) up to my silver money straw and was like "look at all my Tiffany stuff!" I had no idea there were more boxes coming.

2. The duck was OK. It was sliced very thin and served cold, so it was like a fancy lunchmeat (a mix between turkey and ham). Several menu items I would've preferred to get more (like salmon), but this was all about the experience.

3. Ah, I SO wanted to meet him, but I made myself be good and just believe he wa in the back cooking my duck. The kitchen was very concealed, too, so I couldn't even peek through the doors. (According to the site, he *is* the chef.)

4. We are rather adorable.

5. Doesn't my makeup look fantastic?! I haven't done the smokey eye thing in such a long time, but it's Aaron's favorite look so I surprised him with it. My brows are enhanced with brow liner, which is such an awesome tool!
