Lol, I actually did that awhile ago knowing someone would want the Sailor Senshi.
BTW, about the gender thing. Yaten and Taiki were both girls in the manga. The anime killed off the only male lead. So when they adapted that part of the manga they turned a group of characters that were girls crossdressing as boy into real boys that turned into girls. There were some hint though that the male forms were not their natural forms, implying that they really are female and used magic/tech to disguise their genders.

How about Batman? Or would you prefer a more general DCU?
And Tamora Pierce? Would you consider her novels to comprise a single large fandom, or would each series/world form a separate small fandom? (FWIW, she has two main fantasy realms which are completely separate: Tortall and Emelan. In canon, the two realms do not interact. Characters within the same realm, however, do--even if they aren't the focus of the series. (So Daine is the lead heroine in The Immortals Quartet but a minor character in the cycle.

Merlin Tv series at BBC is a large or small fandom? And from small fandom we can nominate large characters right? I mean because the fandom is small even the protagonists don't have many stories so they are rare as well right? And His Dark Materials is considered a small or large fandom? Because I think it's more like mediocre?

There you go. Yaten and Taiki were both fine going by fanfiction.net, with Setsuna being borderline.
