Omg, this is amazing! Thank you so much for writing this for me and giving my simple prompt so much life (づ￣ ³￣)づ This works perfectly well as a snapshot that gives the reader a little glimpse into what I can tell is a long, confusing, and adventurous quest in the Amazonian rain forest that hopefully everyone comes out of alive and in one piece lol!

I loved your casual humour and often laughed at things like:
“Yixing has been here plenty of times; he knows the ins and outs of the forest like the back of his hand.”

Yixing put his shoes on the wrong feet this morning.

And this is the best one sentence description of Tao I've ever read LMAO
“For all your muscle, you’re really a marshmallow, aren’t you?”

I gotta say, that marshmallow line had me giggling, and I'm the one who came up with it. I had to pat myself on the back, once my limbs were under control.

I'm really pleased you enjoyed this, because it really is less Tomb Raider than the specific "Tomb Raider" prompt. I tink the spirit's still here, though, and c'mon. Romantic leech removal. Tao will always remember their time together in the rain forest. UwU His nightmares won't let him forget.

Once they're safely back home, I can see Chanyeol suddenly turning up at Tao's place, grinning, with a pet snake or a tarantula and Tao will scream bloody murder as all the most horrible memories come back to haunt him xD
