Loved this! You managed to take a completely unknown character and give her a sparkling personality in so few words! I especially loved her reasoning for putting on cleavage, it's just so wicked! And I loved the dynamics between her and Penelope, it's obvious someone like Mandy would do a lot to help Penelope overcome her own barriers... A brilliant small-size fic!
