Absolutely beautiful! :) I'm always very twitchy about how Luna is written, but she's absolutely perfect in this. I love how you've got Charlie comparing her to every other girl without it coming across like she's just flat out weird.

bluemermaid, I thank you so much for this, and my deepest apologies for not commenting earlier! This suits me to no end, from how you show Luna (through Charlie's eyes) to be more well-rounded and grounded than people perceive her, and Charlie to be more than just the bloke with the tattoos who works with dragons. And I appreciate how natural it feels; sure, sometimes people find love in the oddest places or situations that throw them together with someone, but many of us find love in the quiet conversations about mutual interests, which grow into spending more and more time together. The line "Tell me more about moonflowers," Charlie said... just made me happy. It's very much a conversation I can see them having.
