"I was very proud of my association with Mitt Romney," Craig told Lauer. "... And he not only threw me under his campaign bus, he backed up and ran over me again."

^---Is there something more than this? This is just a metaphor to relate feeling abandoned and abused. Where is the lashing?

I'd be curious if someone asked him about his relationship with Romney or if he just said, "yah, I can do what I want... and that Romney guy backed over me!!!" If it was the former, fine. If it was the latter, I'd consider that lashing.

Ellipsis, yo. Conic sections were banned under the rarely cited Grammar and Related Notations section of the Khitomer Accord concerning the quotation and paraphrasing of material pertaining to anonymous sexual encounters of notable politicians. Thank god for Praxis or we'd still be reciting every little thing about these scandals with no regard to efficiency.

And this is the only part that makes me feel bad. The same notoriety that will help fight hypocrisy and prejudice is causing pain to innocents.
