The Ex - I've deleted him as a friend on FaceBook, I've deleted him off of my MSN list and I've deleted his phone number from my mobile after I drunk-dialled him on Sunday and let rip 15 minutes of abuse. It's not healthy talking to him or stalking him on FaceBook. He's not worth it. The pain's not worth it
