THAT TRACK every now and then I get requests for it, but as far as I can tell, it's never been released on a CD. That and the elusive orchestrated version of the Final Battle with your Rival in Red/Blue mock me by appearing in the show and not being downloadable anywhere.
My best guess would be that this upcoming CD here - http://www.pocketmonsters.net/cd/203 might have some of the missing BGMs on it, which would be great, but I can't say for sure. :O
