Galcon, Nintaii, Fieldrunners, 2079 (might be free at the moment? Was earlier today.), Enigmo, iFighter, SkyBurger, Slotz, Blimp, Spawn, FlightControl, Peggle, Cro-Mag, geoDefense, I Dig It, HarborMaster, TonePad Pro, Snood, Civ Rev, Missile Command.

Applications I use frequently:

If you have a Mac, 1Password Pro, if you have Windows, SplashID (also syncs with Macs). SplashShopper, Evernote, Gas Cubby, OmniFocus (but Things would also be good), WeatherBug, Bloomberg, LiveJournal, Pandora, RadioParadise, Urbanspoon, Flixster.

I look at AppShopper, and their feed of new apps. Bear in mind that there's usually between 10 and 20 pages of iPhone Apps approved in any one given day.
