I read a business piece today written before this latest idiocy about how LJ's refusal to listen to what its established users want would send it the way of Myspace. At least here in the US.

Aaah... That's good, but I'm not happy with what they're doing to this place, so I wasn't going to give them anymore of my money.
Yeah? It's a shame, it was a great place for fandom & I'm met a lot of nice peeps here.
