Poor lj and the DoS attack yesterday. I'd been having problems with the service since last week myself. I still can't figure out why my twitter isn't dumping to my lj like I set it up to do. I've logged out of everything (and that's a lot of crap let me tell you) re-booted the computer and re-logged into everything, and still I'm having issues

I really am pleased that you liked the story. I saw what you did over on twitter, recing me. You are such a sweetie *hugs* I ended up being so unsure of the story but posted it anyway and then there were practically no comments, made me doubt it was any good. But, I won't be giving up on the writing, just knowing one person likes it is enough most of the time. :D

LJ hasn't let me post in days. It keeps eating my comments and shutting me out everytime I try to read my friend's list. It was majorly affected by that attack, so...yeah your account is probably trying to post your twitters and it is getting pushed out by all that crap

Oh yeah, we are all screwed without our technology. I'd like to think I'm not so technology dependent. Thinking about it though, all my entertainment comes from the t.v. and the internet. Tho, I have got books aplenty if it came to that. :)

Did you ever see the movie with Christian Bale and it was the dragon apocalypse? At the beginning, he and his bff are entertaining the children in the apocalypse compound (years after the world has ended and tv was a thing long past) by reenacting Star Wars and The Lion King. Afterwards, the little kids are like, "Did you really make up those stories all by yourself?" and Christian Bale's character is all, "Oh, yes, I totally did." This made me think of that. We won't have technology, but we can act out all our fav movies and the next generation will really believe we made up those awesome stories ourselves.

Also, we can act out our fav fanfics too!
