Icing on the Fucking Cake

The Wife greeted me with the following bombshell upon my return from my evening class:

"[The Boy's Daycare Provider] quit."

More precisely, she quit at 8:15pm, with us having planned for her to take the Boy on Thursday as well. At least we had one of the awesome girls at awesome Murphy's offer occasional emergency backup one-on-one in-home daycare

By "some comedian," I meant Dane Cook - the name escaped me last night. He discussed the DMV on a Comedy Central special a few years back, and I got the "punch me in the face" bit from that. So not only *would* it make a great TV show, it already has.

That hella sucks. On the bright side, you and I can hang out with the Boy together next week. I have Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 2 free.

Killer - we'd love to see you! I have the Boy all day, Monday through Wednesday, and depending on how the daycare shakes out, the Wife may have him on Thursday and Friday.
