don't over do it... you might not be able to move tomorrow... crunches are good to do also where you go to where it hurts the most in a sit up and just hold it...
I was just sayin' don't over do it... cause even if it's the 9 millionth time your doin' it... you still might feel like shit the next day and not be able to move at all...
