Episode 341 - Trial By Fire

Today on Power Rangers, we get our Red Learns to be a Leader episode.

We start out with Kelsey taking everybody rock climbing. They mock each other and tell funny stories about stupid things they did when they were kids. Fireman Sam Carter says he didn't always want to be a firefighter and then starts to tell a story. It's apparently sad, because ( Read more... )

Voice Actor Roll Call!

Diabolico is voiced by Neil Kaplan, aka Hawkmon!

Loki is David Lodge, aka Jiraiya, Puppetmon, and Kenpachi Zaraki

Jinxer is Kim Strauss, aka Ninjor!

Impus is Brianne Siddall, aka Digimon's Calumon, Tommy, Keenan, and many many other cute anime boys.

Remember, that firefighter story is a PLOT POINT!

Vypra actress, Jennifer Yen, apparently suffered several skin breakouts from the costume, which apparently inspired her to make beauty products or something. Also, she doesn't mind her time on PR, as she has done some autograph stuff.

I love Carter - he's my favorite Lightspeed Ranger. And I totally agree with you guys in thinking that he is basically the Power Ranger version of Captain America.

It's so hard to find good Lightspeed fic, though. I want to ship him with Dana and Ryan, but nothing seems to be out there. =(

Carter is the best and yes Vypra really can't act.

One of the reasons I love this season so much is the realsitic touches like training and stuff, even the sizes of the second zords really. it's just cool

Didn't we have the stakes-into-ground-to-cause-earthquake plan somewhere last series?

Maybe it's just me, but I kinda wonder why the fireman in Carter's flashback is taking off his gear as Carter's being carried off. That just doesn't seem like a good idea with the fire still going around him.
