this one was fishy even my power rangers standards

but it does star Kai and that's always good

What I can't figure is why Commander Stanton or Kai didn't stop the scientists from continuing with the chanting. They were RIGHT THERE and could see what was happening and...do nothing.

How did the guy get on Terra Venture?
I think he came to Terra Venture on that streak of light that one of the power workers noticed.
