Previously, on Power Rangers - Delphine and the Aquitian Rangers are awesome. Billy is an adult again, so we get some eye candy. There is angst over lack of water ( Read more... )

season 3: fish planet, accent fail, nice arms, centered on: team, annoying children, 5 fish, turned into children, billy's alien fetish, inappropriately young friends

hmm...Cestro doesn't seem to stay hydrated for long. Wasn't he the first to have issues in the last one. Yay for adult Billy though!

Yep. I always sort of figured that, running with nerd stereotypes, Cestro being the brains of the outfit means he doesn't have quite the same physical stamina as the rest of them.

That, and he was the most prominent of the Aquitians (behind Delphine.) So he was the one we were supposed to really be worrying about.

And now that I think about it, how nice it is that he's always the one to go down first, instead of the token chick on the team.

wow the Aquitian Ranger do bring a lot of fish with them...maybe it's all the fish they don't eat. They have to do something or Aquitar will have no room for water

David Yost's arms make this episode tolerable. Little Kat is painful to listen to but then again she is young child trying to do an accent.

They are some very nice arms. I approve.

I've seen in some sources that the Aquitians can communicate telepathically with fish. I can understand not wanting to eat something you can have a conversation with. So they're either eating other, less intelligent(?!) aquatic critters, or they're vegetarian.

But I firmly believe that MMAR can be as ridiculous as it wants and get away with every bit of it, because they make up for it with Delphine being a BAMF and Billy being hot.

Oooh, I like that theory about the fish. That makes a lot of sense.
