Sympathies on losing all those precious belongings. And in terms of christmas presents... maybe the old artistic hand will come in handy? A painting that you did yourself is still a damn good present, and handmade jewellery can look fantastic too :S

(I'd ask that cleaner a few questions as well... it sounds like an inside job to me...)

It wasn't all that special, just a Mitsubishi Galant, but I loved it! Yeah, it definitely sucks...
